3. And on 19/12/2024 some one institute of historical research revealed that, Israel attacks destroyed mainly historical museum beside the settlements of refugees displaced by Zionist attacks.

4.On The 14 of October,the Isra’il attack felt on Embulance of Red Cross personnek and destroyed it.This attack is a violation of the law of War according to the Geneva convention.The WHO declared this as violation of the laws of war.    

4. ELIMINATION  JOURNALISTS:

Journalists have the right to carry out their work even during the war, but Israel killed more than 20 journalists at the beginning of the war. Killing Journalists. Israeli attacks in the first week of this war killed prominent journalists such as Barji Hajjiy, Assam bin Abdullahi, Samir Abu Dikka, these journalists are mostly from Palestine.

In this way, the Shihab Family, Najjar, Ajrumiy, Ma’amadaniy Hospital, Kudais Church were destroyed and the Musa family was attacked. 11. ATTACK ON MUKIMU-JIBAL MARKET: On 9/10/2023, Israel attacked the Mukimu-Jibal market, killing 60 people and injuring 100+ and destroying the market. It was on this day that the Israeli attack killed many people in the Eastern Mosque, the Yaseen Mosque, and the Susiy Mosque. After launching the attack, the Health Authority described the attack as one that destroyed the entire area.

12. ATTACK ON URINI-TU’UY SCHOOL: On 17/10/2023 Israel attacked the URINI School, where more than 4 thousand people were hiding, in this attack, six people died, during and the gums were injured.

13. PREVENTING OF AID MATERIALS TO GAZA: There are different countries that have decided to deliver aid materials to the Gaza Strip, but Israel has prevented the delivery of these materials to the Palestinians. This is also a violation of the International Law of War.

14. CUT OFF  SOURSE WATER AND ELETRICITY: When the enemy wants to defeat his enemy, cutting off water and electirc power is one of the ways to defeat the enemy. In fact, Israel cut off fire and water from the Gaza Strip, which caused serious harm to the people. The country of Palestine. The head of the World Medical Association, Cristiano Cristee, says: “Millions of people in Gaza are facing death as a result of cutting off electricity and water, and it is a violation of the law of war that was signed in Geneva.

15. HUMILIATION OF WAR  PRISONERS : There are many reasons for how the Israeli Army mistreats the Palestinian prisoners they capture. Many of the Palestinians who were arrested were stripped of their clothes, beaten with guns, and stomped on their heads.

17. DESTRUCTION OF CEMETERY: On 14/12/2023, the world witnessed that Israel was carrying out terrible attacks on cemeteries in Gaza, and the Israeli army could not deny the accusation of doing so, which was denied to them. On 21/12/2023 the Israeli attack destroyed one of the cemeteries in front of Gaza.         

17.Palestine Red Crescent ambulance destroyed by an Israeli airstrike

2O.n 10 November, President Gustavo Petro announced Colombia was cosponsoring an Algerian ICC suit charging Israel with war crimes.

21.On 14 November, Human Rights Watch called on the ICC to investigate Israeli attacks on hospitals and ambulances.

22.A group of lawyers representing victims of Israeli attacks filed a suit in the ICC, charging Israel with genocide.

23. 16 November, South African president Cyril Ramaphosa stated South Africa had referred Israel to the ICC for war crimes.

24.On 17 November, Karim Ahmad Khan stated the ICC had received a joint request by South Africa, Bangladesh, Bolivia, Comoros, and Djibouti to investigate alleged Israeli war crimes.

25.On 28 November, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan stated Israeli officials should stand trial in international courts for war crimes.

26. On 20 December, Democracy for the Arab World Now provided the ICC prosecutor with a list of 40 Israeli commanding officers to be charged with war crimes.

27.On 22 December, Reporters Without Borders filed an ICC complaint against Israel for “probable war crimes”.

28.On 6 January, a group of 100 Chilean lawyers filed a complaint at the ICC accusing Netanyahu of committing war crimes.

29.On 18 January, the foreign ministries of Mexico and Chile referred Israel to the ICC for potential war crimes.                    FOREIGN MINISTERS:DESCRIBED ISRAELI ACTIONS IN GAZZA AS CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY.

Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi stated Israel was collectively punishing Gaza.

2.Indonesian Foreign Minister Retno Marsudi described Israeli actions in Gaza as crimes against humanity.

3. Abdulla Shahid, Foreign Minister of the Maldives, warned the evacuation of northern Gaza could amount to the "war crime of forcible transfer”.

4.Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amirabdollahian described the events as genocide and a crime against humanity.

5.Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov criticized Israel’s “indiscriminate” force and “flagrant” violations of international humanitarian law, stating the conflict risked creating a crisis that would last “many decades, if not centuries”

6.Syrian Foreign Minister Faisal Mekdad termed Israeli actions as a genocide.

7.In a joint statement, the Foreign Ministers of nine Arab countries — the United Arab Emirates, Jordan, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, Egypt and Morocco — described Israeli actions as collective punishment.

8.Oman’s Foreign Minister, Sayyid Badr Albusaidi, called for a war crimes investigation into Israeli action in Gaza.

9. Qatari foreign minister, Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, stated Israel’s Al-Shifa Hospital siege was a “war crime and a blatant violation of international laws”.

10.Ayman Safadi, the Jordanian foreign minister, stated Israel’s actions fit within the legal definition of genocide.

11.The Egyptian Foreign Ministry stated Israel was engaged in collective punishment through its sieges, indiscriminate targeting of civilians, and starvation.
